We have just revamped the client facing views for signing documents. And we can’t wait to show it to you!

eID Easy is the most advanced and simple way to start accepting Qualified Electronic Signatures in your website. With one simple API you can add a variety of methods to your website. From most EU countries’ ID cards to mobile app based signing solutions.

But as we continuously add more methods, we needed to do something about the view that your end clients saw when they had to sign a document. The list of methods was growing fast and it was getting confusing for clients to decide which method was available to them and to pick the one that was relevant to them.

So we decided to redesign the whole signing page.

This is how the old page looked like:

And now for the new one. We added a widget that allows clients to pick which country they are from and which method they want to use based on their country selection. This uncultured the signing page and made it simpler for clients to figure out which methods are appropriate for them.

new signing view.

And you can also see how the mobile view will look like here

As we add more methods, this view will remain easy to use and the list of countries and methods has plenty of room to grow.

Here’s a short video showing how the new signing flow looks like on a desktop browser

And here you can see how it looks like on a mobile browser.

We will be rolling out the new signing experience to most of our customers in the coming weeks. Let us know if you’d like to be one of the early adopters and we can enable it for you.

What Qualified Electronic Signature methods are you using that we don’t support yet? Send us an email and we will add them to our roadmap!
